RIGHT HAND: Hold the crystal (or item) with the right hand as you gaze the stone (or target).
(You can leave the crystal (or item) on a surface and point with your right hand (fingers) to the crystal too.)
Say the incantation with energy and good mood, visualize the energy going to your target.
