Satania’s Coven: Basic Playlist Of Chakra Frequencies: This video-playlist is designed as a practical guide for those who wish to explore and activate the energetic centers of the body through sound meditation. It combines chakra frequencies, traditional correspondences, and classic activation methods drawn from yoga, tantra, and modern energy practices. Each track focuses on a specific chakra, helping to stimulate, harmonize, and gradually open the flow of energy through the subtle body.
Inside the playlist you will find brief descriptions of every chakra, their colors, elements, mantras, gemstones, and energetic functions, along with simple techniques for activation, such as breath awareness, visualization, mantra chanting, mudras, and focused meditation. The frequencies used are designed to resonate with each chakra, assisting practitioners in reaching deeper states of relaxation and energetic awareness.
For best results, it is recommended to begin with the lower chakras and gradually move upward, allowing energy to rise naturally through the system. Regular practice can support emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual sensitivity.
Start with your practice today, align your energy, and explore the awakening of your inner power.
WARNING: This playlist is to OPEN the chakras! We recommend that you start by unblocking and harmonizing the lower chakras first, beginning with the Root Chakra, and then moving to the higher chakras. Energy moves from the lower to the higher chakras; if there are blockages in the lower chakras, it becomes difficult to heal and unblock higher chakras like the Third Eye Chakra and Crown Chakra.
If you want to concentrate on the Third Eye Chakra in a single meditation session, give 10–15 minutes to the Root Chakra, then another 10–15 minutes to the Sacral Chakra, and so on until you reach the Third Eye Chakra. Throughout this time, concentrate on your breath and the chakra point.
Yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
Kundalini (Sanskrit: कुण्डलिनी kuṇḍalinī, “coiled snake”), in Hinduism, is a form of divine energy (or shakti) believed to be located at the base of the spine (muladhara). It is an important concept in Śaiva Tantra, where it is understood as a force or power associated with the divine feminine. This energy, when cultivated and awakened through tantric practice, is believed to lead to spiritual liberation. Kuṇḍalinī is associated with Paradevi or Adi Parashakti, the supreme being in Shaktism, and with the goddesses Bhairavi and Kubjika.
The term, along with practices associated with it, was adopted into Hatha Yoga around the 11th century. It has since been incorporated into other forms of Hinduism as well as modern spirituality and New Age thought.
Kuṇḍalinī awakenings have been described as occurring through a variety of methods. Many systems of yoga focus on awakening Kuṇḍalinī through meditation, pranayama breathing, the practice of asanas, and the chanting of mantras. Kundalini Yoga is influenced by the Shaktism and Tantra schools of Hinduism. It derives its name from its focus on awakening kundalini energy through regular practice of mantra, tantra, yantra, asanas, and meditation. The Kuṇḍalinī experience is frequently reported as a distinct sensation of an electric current running along the spine.
Note: Please calm yourself and find a quiet, relaxing space. You may light a candle or incense if you wish. Focus on attuning yourself to the energy of the Chakra and entering a meditative state connected to the rising serpent energy.
