Practice:
Standing, feet together, facing east, and using the right hand:

Touch the forehead and say vibrating:
“ATOH” (Thou Art).

Bring the hand down to the groin area and say vibrating:
“MALKUTH OV LILITHU SATANA” (the Kingdom Of Lilithu Satana).

Touch the right shoulder, and say vibrating:
“VE-GEBURAH OV GOLACHAB” (and the Power Of The Flaming Ones).

Touch the left shoulder, and say vibrating:
“VE-GEDULAH OV GHA´AQ SHEBLAH” (and the Glory Of The Smiters).

Clasping both hands on the breast (Union Sign), say vibrating:
“LE OLAHM AMEN” (Forever, Amen)."
