A. Yes, you can repeat The Three Days (or any of the practices, bindings, or steps). In fact, after a certain period of time, it is recommended to renew the stronger bindings. For example, many witches repeat the Blood Binding/Blood Oath once per year, usually on the anniversary of the first day of connection.
