Being alive, being incarnated, such a joy in the heart! The pleasure of the smell of a summer rain, eating something you love when you are hungry after exercise, playing hard and deep with a nice partner when you’re horny, a beautiful walk in nature, a good song… you can enjoy others’ artworks and create your own art, films, pictures, texts, musick…
You know, having a body and being incarnated here is great. Although some people are trying to sell you a life full of bullshit and internal solitude, empty and trivial.
Life is great for us and can be great for you too. If you want, of course. Enjoy your life. Taste the sweet flavor of this precious present moment. Live your life with joy and pleasure. Escape the real death alive."
