Focus your awareness behind the navel. Visualize a radiant sphere of golden fire expanding through the abdomen and solar plexus. Gaze mentally upon the sigil of Naonhaithya while vibrating the Staota. Feel the inner fire awakening and rising through the energetic channels. Allow the force to accumulate naturally without strain.
Possible Experiences:
“Tummo” (psychic heat associated with Kundalini activation), sensations of warmth or burning energy in the abdomen, increased vitality, rising serpent energy, heightened confidence, strong motivation, emotional purification, insomnia, flatulence, pleasure, intensified libido, spontaneous body movements, energetic pressure in the solar plexus, vivid dreams and increased magical focus.
