Through stillness, controlled breathing, and disciplined inner focus, this practice seeks to awaken the waters of desire, instinct, emotion, and sexual energy, channeling them into power and astral awareness. Within the Ahrimanic Yoga current, the chakra is treated as a point of contact for inner force, and the practitioner learns to guide this force under will.
