● The Duality Of The Empath:
"The Empath has 2 different phases that they go through, depending on how aware they are of themselves and those around them.
The 1st phase is the dark phase where a veil is placed over the Empath´s awareness (sensing / knowing / feeling). In this phase they are able to lose themselves in others, walk bildly while being abused, give until there is next to nothing left of their inner selves, and lose focus of who they are in the midst of the weight of the world.
This is part of the Empath´s ability because it can be both a blessing and a curse. Here is part of the curse…
Because of this ability Empaths attract toxic personalities like moths to a flame. So it can become an ongoing cycle. Never pretend it can not.Despite all of the negative which potentially dwells within the 1st phase, the Empath has the ability to move –at any given moment- into the 2nd phase.
This 2nd phase essentially lifts the veil from the Empath´s mind and opens their awareness (sensing / knowing / feeling). It allows the Empath to discern truth from lies, friend from foe, and love from hate. It allows the Empath to ambarkon a journey of self discovery and healing, as well as, offer others the potential of healing.
These 2 phases meet more than once in the span of an Empath´s lifetime. It is the duality of the Empath."
