Indian Kundalini Energy Healing Mantra · Meditation (Heal)
Healing meditation built around the Siri Gaitri mantra. In Kundalini Yoga it is used for healing oneself, loved ones, and even sending healing energy across distance; it is described as drawing on the energies of the sun, moon, earth, and the Infinite Spirit. Om is traditionally treated as a sacred syllable and one of the great mantras in Indian religious traditions.
This is a chant of restoration, not comfort. It moves through the powers of sun, moon, earth, and infinity, gathering scattered force and turning it toward healing. The mantra is meant to be spoken with precision and intention, so the sound itself becomes the vessel: bright, cooling, grounding, and finally dissolving into the vastness of the Infinite. The closing Om seals the current, as a sacred completion of the meditation.
Ra - solar energy, heat, vitality, illumination.
Ma - lunar energy, receptivity, calm, nourishment.
Da - earth energy, grounding, stability, support.
Sa - infinity, universal energy, the open field of healing.
Say - the personal embodiment of infinity, the “Thou” beyond the ego.
So - merger, the sense of becoming one with the Infinite.
Hung - the Infinite made vibrating and real; traditionally struck short and forceful.
Om - the sacred sound, the seal of the mantra.
Please remain calm during meditation. This mantra may be used for ritual purposes.
We recommend using headphones for full immersion in the meditation.
