What do you practice everyday? What do you say to yourself?
What does your mundane mind repeat and repeat constantly to you?
What kind of thoughts appear and reappear on the surface of your mind?What you practice is what you become; it constructs your behavior.
And it constructs your self-perception.
Your brain is neuroplastic, and this fact has a positive and a negative side.The body becomes addicted to guilt or any emotion in the same way it would get addicted to drugs.
At first you only need a little of the emotion or drug to feel it, then your body becomes desensitized, and your cells require more of it just to feel the same again. Trying to change your emotional pattern is like going through a drug withdrawal."-Master Falcifer.
